November 28, 2024Lasanod, Somalia – November 11, 2024 – A humanitarian coordination meeting took place in Lasanod on November 11, 2024, bringing together international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and local NGOs (LNGOs) from the SSC-Khatumo region to discuss strategies for improving access to aid for vulnerable populations.
Hope Social Protection Organization (Hospo), a leading humanitarian organization in the region, actively participated in the meeting, sharing insights on its ongoing efforts to support vulnerable groups, particularly children. Hospo staff provided valuable updates on their initiatives aimed at educating communities on child protection and delivering essential assistance to those in need.
